I was born and raised in Farwell, Texas. This small town, located near the New Mexico border, is known for it's true warmth and hospitality. As children, we played freely till dark, trick-or-treated without supervision and didn't even lock our doors!

My style of business reflects this trust and hospitality. I believe that a warm smile and a handshake are the basis for a business relationship. I also believe that as your exclusive representative I must be diligent in every detail to ensure a smooth transaction, free from unforeseen problems.

After considering two other real estate companies besides Coldwell Banker Legacy, we decided on Joi. Joi Banks-Schmidt is the best Realtor I have ever worked with She is a real professional. I will use her from now on.
